Sweet and gentel. Grow in old black oak during 10 years, and add orange skin that have been dried undes the andalusia sun.

Its has diferents tasted depending on the temperatures:

From 8-9ºC sweet and delicious aroms of muscatel grapes, with a litte of old wood, dry fruits like raisin, oranges and apricot.

From 10-11ºC you start to smell some salty aroms well mixted with the dry fruit. On the mouth-feel the tastes of flower honey and mandarine appears.

From 12-14ºC the smeel to glace fruits overflow on the glass also toasted fruits smells.
