To get the first drop of wine-tasting, you should be in mythical bodegas in La Rioja Alta and then we move towards La Rioja Alavesa. In La Rioja Alavesa, don’t forget to visit museums, wineries, and wine-tasting with La Rioja Cuisine.

Logrono
Our next stay will be in Logrono near Ebro River, especially known for Tapas dinner with desert wine made from Malvasía. In Logrono, near Laurel Street, you will find many bars and taverns where you get the maximum pleasure and fun. In every bar and tavern you probably get something different & unique, everyone one has diverse way to express themselves. Our recommendation is to visit each of them and discover their specialties and cultural representation. Briones
To get the perfect view of Sierra de la Demanda, you should be in Briones. Visit Dinastia Vivancos wine museum to explore the methods wine making. This place is well known for foods and we recommend do lunch here and don’t forget visiting stunning cathedral.

Haro
The old-fashioned but rich in cultural values, city of Haro, is an earth to many Spain’s major wineries. La Bastida
During the XVII century, LaBastida was an important military base and heaven for Knights and long bowmen. Church of Nuestra señora de la Asunción is the most attractive place here in LaBastida, which still holds the mid ages arts, architecture built before 18th century.

La Guardia
For this route LaGuardia is our last destination. A primitive city built at hilltop, captivate incredible views of la Sierra de Cantabria. LaGuardia is a perfect material for red wine. Fuenmayor
Few miles away from Logrono on the bank of river Ebro, this place is fantastic to explore Churches and Renaissance places. It lies in the middle of Urban and rural culture, which demonstrate how Cold Sea meats Warm sea! You will find old vineyards everywhere in Fuenmayor and also modern wineries for wine-tasting. Viña Lanciano winery is famous in this village and the management will happy to tell you about how wine is formed and what methodology is adopted to transform it.

Nájera
Najera is perfect place for monuments, as its historical significance of the King of Navarra’s court, and in the course of Middle Ages Najera was a key city to organize Rioja Alta. Monuments like Monastery of Santa María la Real increase the importance and respect for this city. You will be surrounded by the magic of Najera’s vineyards, especially David Moreno winery will not let you to go without a glass of its magical wines.

San Millán de la Cogolla
San Millán de la Cogolla is professed as Patrimony of the Kindness. Many Pilgrims halts there to stroll round its path. Don’t forget to visit Monasteries of Yuso and Suso, known for their historical prominence. San Millán de la Cogolla is also the first place where you get very first words written in Castilian language.

Santo Domingo de la Calzada
Santo Domingo de la Calzada importance increases when a bridge was built for the passage of pilgrims.
